Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, Jefferson County is the current permittee for a bike and walk path along and under State Highway No. I-70 along Clear Creek pursuant to Underground and Utility Permit No. 82-252 issued June 30, l982; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has annexed the area of the I-70/Clear Creek Underpass Path and has applied for a permit from the Department of Highways for a stream bank stabilization and bike path; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Highways and Jefferson County are willing to consent to the cancellation of Permit No. 82-252.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Consent and Cancellation for the I-70/Clear/Creek Underpass Path Permit, and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement AYE
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
