RESOLUTION NO. CC91-006

RE:Community Resources - Open Space - Approval of Contract for Exhibit Space for the Colorado RV, Sports, Boat & Travel Show between Jefferson County (the "County") and Industrial Expositions, Inc. ("IEI") and Authorization for the Chairman to Execute the same.

WHEREAS, the 34th annual Colorado RV, Sports, Boat and Travel Show (the "Show") will be held at the National Western Complex from March 6, 1991 through March 10, 1991; and

WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Open Space Department wishes to distribute information regarding Open Space parks and trails at the Show; and

WHEREAS, there would be no charge for an Open Space exhibit at the Show; and

WHEREAS, the County and IEI desire to enter into a Contract for Exhibit Space at the 34th Annual Colorado RV, Sports, Boat and Travel Show ("Contract For Exhibit Space").

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby and herewith approves the Contract For Exhibit Space and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute said Contract For Exhibit Space.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
