Commissioner Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
GROUP - AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. CC90-665, the Board of County Commissioners entered into an agreement with Knight-Ridder Financial Information Group to pay for services previously obtained by the Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, on October 29, 1990, the County received an executed copy of that agreement back from Knight-Ridder; and
WHEREAS, the Treasurer has requested additional services from Knight-Ridder pursuant to an Amendment to Services Agreement attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the cost of such additional services is an additional $290.00 per month; and
WHEREAS, the additional services, together with the base services previously authorized at $725.00 per month, makes the total obligation to Knight-Ridder of $1,105.00 per month.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Amendment to Services Agreement with Knight-Ridder in the additional amount of $290.00 per month and authorizes the Chairman to execute the same.
