Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, Purchasing Department has received authorization to dispose of records pursuant to Division of State Archives and Public Records - Records Retention and Disposition Request No. 90-01315; and
WHEREAS, Purchasing Department wishes to dispose of certain records as provided by that Request; and
WHEREAS, no record shall be destroyed so long as it pertains to any pending legal case, claim, action, or audit; and
WHEREAS, the documents sought to be disposed of are consistent with the indicated Request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby and herewith authorizes disposition of records by Purchasing Department consistent with the Retention and Disposition Request.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Rich Ferdinandsen, Chairman Aye
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
