Commissioner Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the term of appointment of Howard Smith to the Jefferson County Public Library Board of Trustees expires on January 31, l991; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners to reappoint Howard Smith to the Jefferson County Library Board for a term of five (5) years, said term to expire January 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, Colorado, does hereby and herewith reappoint Howard Smith to the Jefferson County Library Board for a term of five (5) years, said term to expire January 31, 1996 or until reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:
Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement AYE
Commissioner John P. Stone AYE
Commissioner Rich Ferdinandsen, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
