Commissioner Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
CONTRIBUTION
Authorization for contribution of funds to the W-470
Highway Authority 1991 operating budget and approval
of in-kind services.
WHEREAS, by Resolution CC88-325, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, authorized and entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement dated May 25, 1988 by which the County and eight other governmental entities formed the W-470 Highway Authority (the "Authority"); and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Authority has approved a budget resolution for the year 1991 providing for contributions by the member entities of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Authority's 1991 operations budget calls for a contribution by Jefferson County in the amount of $158,975; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County is prepared to fund its portion of the projected 1991 operating expenses of the Authority in the amount of $158,975; and
WHEREAS, the County is further prepared to provide in-kind contributions in the nature of the salary and fringe benefits of a designated employee to be loaned to the Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith authorizes and approves a contribution fromthe County to the Authority for 1991 operating expenses in the total amount of $158,975.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners authorizes and approves the contribution by the County of certain in-kind services as have been previously provided by the County to the Authority, consisting primarily of the loan or temporary assignment of an employee to perform such clerical and administrative duties as may be assigned by the Authority from time to time.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
