Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, Section 30-2-108, C.R.S., provides that the Board of County Commissioners sets the salary for the County Coroner; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners wishes to set the Coroner's salary at $30,000 per year, plus mileage reimbursements as provided by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves and authorizes a salary for the Coroner of $30,000 per year, plus mileage reimbursements as provided by statute, to be effective the second Tuesday of January 1991.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement AYE
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
