Commissioner Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
RESTRUCTURING OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE COUNTY POLICIES
AND PROCEDURES MANUAL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has adopted a new travel policy, and wishes to adopt the new meal policy, tuition policy and gift policies attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 6 of the County's Policies and Procedures Manual should be reformatted to conform with the rest of the manual, and also to make it easier to find and use the existing and the new policies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith revises Chapter 6 of the County's Operational Policies and Procedures pursuant to the attached Table of Contents.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the attached Chapter 6.11, Gift Policy, is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the attached Chapter 6.61, Tuition Policy, is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the attached Chapter 6.77, Meal Policy, is hereby adopted.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
