Commissioner Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. R-1 - AGREEMENT -
WILDERNESS PROGRAM
Approval of Agreement between Jefferson County and
Jefferson County School District No. R-1 for the
use and benefit of Jeffco Employment and Training
Services, and authorization for Chairman to execute
the same.
WHEREAS, R-1 School District has need of training services for its students tutoring at-risk youth ("Stay") program; and
WHEREAS, the County, through Jeffco Employment and Training Services is able to provide such training services to selected tutors and mentors; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared setting forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which these training services will be provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Agreement with Jefferson County School District No. R-1, and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
