Commissioner Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on September 11, 1990, accept Cashier's Check No. 402572 from Melody Homes and drawn on Colorado National Bank of Denver in the amount of $79,222.00 and deposited in a cash escrow account to cover public improvements in the Flintlock at Powderhorn, Amendment No. 1 (Phase I) Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Department of Highways and Transportation has indicated, by memo dated December 20, 1990 that the public improvements required have been completed and accepted and have been placed on an one-year warranty in the amount of $9,385.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the cash escrow in the amount of $69,837.00, together with the interest having accrued tthereon be returned to the developer, Melody Homes, c/o Melody Construction Company, Dave Oyler, at 11031 Sheridan Boulevard, Westminster, Colorado 80020, by the Director of Administrative Services.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
