Commissioner Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on December 14, 1989, accept check number 16554 from Mountain Christian Fellowship and drawn on Trust Management, Inc. in the amount of $20,020.00 and deposited in a cash escrow account to cover public improvements necessary to serve Exemption Case No. E6-1-89; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Department of Highways and Transportation has indicated, by memo dated January 2, 1991, that all public improvements guaranteed by said cash escrow have been satisfactorily completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the cash escrow in the amount of $20,020.00, together with the interest having accrued thereon, be returned to the developer, Mountain Christian Fellowship, at 11680 West 72nd Place, Arvada, Colorado 80004, by the Director of Administrative Services.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
