Commissioner Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on September 11, 1989, accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 1027 from the Equitable Bank in the amount of $9,405.62 to cover landscaping improvements necessary to serve Exemption Case No. E82-11-87; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on July 9, 1990, accept an Amendment to Letter of Credit No. 1027 from the Equitable Bank in the same amount of $9,405.62 extending the expiration date of said Letter to January 24, 1991, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Planning Department has indicated, by memo dated December 13, 1990, that all landscaping improvements guaranteed by said Letter of Credit No. 1027 have been completed to the satisfaction of the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 1027 from the Equitable Bank, together with its Amendment be returned by the Director of Administrative Services to the developer, The Columbine Church of Christ Inc., at 7453 South Zephyr Court, Littleton, Colorado 80123-4871.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
