Commissioner Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Elinor McGlathery, Regular Member
Susan Proctor, Associate Member
Richard C. Eckert, Associate Member
WHEREAS, Elinor McGlathery, Regular Member, Susan Proctor, Associate Member, and Richard C. Eckert, Associate Member of the Board of Adjustment terms expire January 31, 1991; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, to reappoint Elinor McGlathery as Regular Member for a five-year term expiring January 31, 1996, Susan Proctor and Richard C. Eckert as Associate Members for a one-year term expiring January 31, 1992, or until they are reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, does hereby and herewith reappoint Elinor McGlathery as Regular Member, and Susan Proctor and Richard C. Eckert as Associate Members of the Jefferson County Board of Adjustment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the term of the appointment of Elinor McGlathery shall be for a term of five years, to expire January 31, 1996, or until Elinor McGlathery is reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the term of the appointments of Susan Proctor and Richard C. Eckert shall be for a term of one year, to expire January 31, 1992, or until they have been reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
