Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
FOR PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF MICROWAVE EQUIPMENT
Approval of Contract between Jefferson County
(the "County") and Motorola Microwave (the
"Contractor") and authorization for the Chairman
to execute the same.
WHEREAS, the County distributed an invitation for bids numbered 167-90P for the purchase and delivery of microwave radio equipment for the Jefferson County Communication System; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor submitted the bid determined to be the most advantageous to the County price and other factors considered; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor is ready and willing to provide the services; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into a Contract for these services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Contract between Jefferson County and Motorola Microwave, and authorizes the Chairman to execute the same.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
