Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC91-77

RE: APPROVAL OF PETITIONS FOR ABATEMENT AND/OR REFUND OF

PROPERTY TAXES

WHEREAS, the following Petitions for the Abatement and/or Refund of Property Taxes have been submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration pursuant to Section 39-1-113, C.R.S.

WHEREAS, the Assessor has submitted written findings and recommendations for the Board of County Commissioner's consideration on the above-listed Petitions; and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the findings and recommendations of the Assessor and is prepared to take final action on the Petitions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners does hereby and herewith adopt the findings and recommendations of the Assessor, which are incorporated herein by reference, as the Board's final action in regard to the above-listed Petitions for Abatement and/or Refund of Property Taxes and approves the Resolutions attached hereto.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any Resolution attached hereto, and the corresponding Petition for Abatement and/or Refund of Property Taxes, having a dollar value over $l000.00 for any one year shall be sent to the Division of Property Taxation for their review.

Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement AYE

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman ABSENT

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
