Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC91-422

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - PLANNING DEPARTMENT - SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS DESIGNER

Authorization for the Chairman to execute a contract between Jefferson County (the "County") and William L. Blackburn (the "Consultant")

WHEREAS, the County Planning Department is in need of the services of a systems application designed to perform certain specified projects, to provide advice and consultation, and to prepare economic information systems and projections; and

WHEREAS, the Consultant is a qualified systems application designer, willing and able to perform such services and has previously provided such services to the Planning Department; and

WHEREAS, a Contract has been prepared setting forth the terms and conditions of the services to be provided by t he Consultant and specifying those services.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Contract between Jefferson Country and William L. Blackburn, and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.

Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
