Board Member Clement moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Approval of Amendment to Agreement between Jefferson County and Children's Services of Colorado, Inc., for child care services at the Human Services Building and authorization for the Chairman to execute the same.
WHEREAS, Jefferson County entered into an Agreement dated December 13, 1990 with Children's Services of Colorado, Inc. to provide on-site day care services at the Human Services Building for clients of tenant agencies in the Building and on a daily basis for employees of the County and co-located agencies; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Social Services desires to extend the term of this Agreement through January 31, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Social Services of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Jefferson County Amendment to Agreement dated December 10, 1991 for On-Site Child Care at the Human Services Building with Children's Services of Colorado, Inc., and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Board Member Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
