Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
ROBERT BLASCHKE
MICHAEL SANDERS
WHEREAS, the term of the appointment to the Prospect Recreation District Board of Robert Blaschke and Michael Sanders expired January 31, 1992; and
WHEREAS, Robert Blaschke and Michael Sanders have indicated that they are willing to accept another appointment to the Prospect Recreation District Board; and
WHEREAS, Section 30-20-703(b), C.R.S. requires that the terms of Prospect Recreation District members are staggered and it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners to establish a policy regarding all appointments to Prospect Recreation District Board that all appointments expire on January 31st of each respective term; and
WHEREAS, it is also the desire of the Board of County Commissioners that Robert Blaschke be reappointed to the Prospect Recreation District Board for a term of five (5) years, to expire January 31, 1997; and that Michael Sanders be reappointed to the Prospect Recreation District for a term of four (4) years to expire January 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, Colorado, does hereby and herewith reappoint Robert Blaschke and Michael Sanders to the Prospect Recreation District Board for a term of five (5) years, said term to expire January 31, 1997, or until said member is reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners; Michael Sanders for a term of four (4) years to expire January 31, 1996, or until said member is reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners..

Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
