@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
AGREEMENT - HII DENVER, INC.
Approval of Agreement between Jefferson County and
HII Denver, Inc. for the use and benefit of Jeffco
Employment and Training Services Participants, and
authorization for the Chairman to execute the same.
WHEREAS, Jeffco Employment and Training Services desires to obtain the services of contractors who are skilled in providing instruction in indoor and outdoor skills and activities; and
WHEREAS, Jeffco Employment and Training Services sent out Requests for Proposals for Wilderness Activities for Employment and Training Services Participants; and
WHEREAS, the following Contractor submitted a proposal which was reviewed and approved by Jeffco Employment and Training Services and the Private Industry Council of the Local Service Delivery Area for which Jefferson County is the Grant Recipient and Administrative Entity:
HII Denver, Inc.
Challenge course activities.
WHEREAS, Jefferson County through Jeffco Employment and Training Services is desirous of entering into an Agreement with HII Denver, Inc. for the aforementioned activities; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor is ready, willing and able to enter into the aforementioned Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County CCommissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Agreement between Jefferson County and HII Denver, Inc., and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
