@@Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
COUNCIL - AGREEMENT
Authorization for Chairman to execute an Agreement
between Jeffco Self-Sufficiency Council (JeSSC) and
Jefferson County
WHEREAS, the Jeffco Self-Sufficiency Council provides services to coordinate housing and human service agency programs to allow people who are dependent on tax supported programs to become self-sufficient; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30-17-101, et. seq., the County is authorized to provide general assistance; and
WHEREAS, the County desires to recognize this service and help contribute to the Jeffco Self-Sufficiency Council's operating support on behalf of the citizens of Jefferson County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Agreement between the Jeffco Self- Sufficiency Council (JeSSC) and Jefferson County and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
