@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
SERVICES, TO THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CORRECTIONS BOARD
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. CC83-408, the County entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement for community corrections in Jefferson County, Colorado, whereby this Board appoints all members of the Jefferson County Corrections Board (JCCB) and fills all vacancies;
WHEREAS, a letter has been received from Nelson Nadeau proffering his resignation from the JCCB to avoid any possible conflict of interest;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is desirous of
appointing to the JCCB forthwith a replacement member pursuant to said Intergovernmental Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Thomas Zunker, Deputy Director of Social Services, be and is hereby appointed as a replacement member pursuant to the previously-referenced Intergovernmental Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the term of this appointment shall commence as of the effective date of this resolution and shall continue indefinitely subject to the pleasure of the Board of County Commissioners as provided by the JCCB By-laws.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
