@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
COLORADO - 1992 AGREEMENT
Authorization for Chairman to execute Group Medical and Hospital Service Agreement Face Sheets and Amendment for contract year March 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992, submitted for County employees and COBRA participants.
WHEREAS, Kaiser Foundation has submitted its Group Medical and Hospital Service Agreement Face Sheets and Amendment thereto, for County employees and COBRA participants; and
WHEREAS, the County desires to continue to offer employees and COBRA participants the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado for contract year March 1, 1992 through December, 31, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado, Group Medical and Hospital Service Agreement Face Sheets for contract year March 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992, and authorizes the Chairman to execute the same.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
