@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
COVERAGE AND OWNER'S MANUAL SIGNATURE SHEET
Authorization for the Chairman to execute an
Evidence of Coverage and Owner's Manual Signature
Sheet with Comprecare for contract year March 1, 1992
through December 31, 1992.
WHEREAS, Comprecare has submitted its Evidence of Coverage and Owner's Manual and the Manual's Signature Sheet and Amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the County desires to continue to offer employees participation in the Comprecare program for contract year March 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Evidence of Coverage and Owner's Manual Signature Sheet for contract year March 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992, and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
