@@Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS, 1979 SERIES A -
ASSIGNMENT OF SERVICING
WHEREAS, the Resolution Trust Corporation, as Receiver for Imperial Federal Savings Association, has requested that the portfolio of loans they currently service for the above reference bond issue be transferred to American Residential Mortgage Corporation; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the bond documents, the County, as Issuer, must agree to such Assignment of Servicing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby agrees to the Assignment of Servicing of the above referenced bonds to the American Residential Mortgage Corporation and authorizes the Chairman to execute an Assignment of Servicing effecting the same.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
