@@Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO
PLAINTIFF'S FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES, REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS AND REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS ON
BEHALF OF THE BOARD IN CIVIL ACTION NO. 91CV3213,
DIVISION 2 (JEFFERSON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson and the Assessor are Defendants in Civil Action No. 91CV3213, Division 2, Waterside Apartments Joint Venture, et al. v. The Jefferson County Board of Equalization, et al. (Jefferson County District Court); and
WHEREAS, Plaintiff, Waterside Apartments Joint Venture, has served upon this Board Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories, Request for Admissions, and Request for Production of Documents, which this Board is required to respond to; and
WHEREAS, Rules 33 and 34 of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure require that said responses be signed by the party making them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners be and hereby is authorized to sign on behalf of this Board the attached Defendants' Response to Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories, Request for Admissions, and Request for Production of Documents in Civil Action No. 91CV3213, Division 2.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
