@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
COLORADO AFL/CIO EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING
Approval of Contract between Jefferson County and
Colorado AFL/CIO Employment and Training, and
authorization for the Chairman to execute the same.
WHEREAS, by Resolution CC91-965, the Board of County Commissioners approved a Contract between Jefferson County and Colorado AFL/CIO Employment and Training, for the use and benefit of Jeffco Employment and Training Services; and
WHEREAS, the Contract will expire on June 30, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into a new Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Contract between Jefferson County and Colorado AFL/CIO Employment and Training, and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
