@@Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO
- FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
Authorization for the Chairman to execute a First
Amendment to Lease Agreement between Jefferson
County and Fairmount Fire Protection District.
WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Lease Agreement dated November 6, 1989 in order for the Fairmount Fire Protection District to maintain some of its communications equipment as an emergency backup on a temporary basis at the County's tower and in the building of the Radio Maintenance Shop located at 701 Weir Street, Golden, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Lease Agreement to change the location of the premises to 200 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado, to indicate the present location of the Radio Maintenance Shop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the First Amendment to Lease Agreement between Jefferson County and Fairmount Fire Protection District and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
