@@Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO
Approval of Contract between Jefferson County and Deane
Communications, Inc., and authorization for the Chairman
to execute the same.
WHEREAS, the County distributed a Request for Proposal numbered 160-92P for the construction of a radio tower at the intersection of Smokey Hill and Gun Club Roads in Arapahoe County; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor submitted the proposal determined to be the most advantageous to the County, considering price and other factors; and
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department and Purchasing Department recommends the proposal of Deane Communications, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Contract for Construction of a Radio Tower between Jefferson County and Deane Communications, Inc., and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
