@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on July 11, 1988, accept Promissory Note and Deed of Trust for Lots 17 and 18, Block 2, The Trails recorded at Reception No. 88069750 to guarantee improvements as required for Exemption Case No. E1-1-80 in the amount of $15,524.00; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Department of Highways and Transportation has indicated, by memo dated May 7, 1992, that $15,524.00 would continue to be necessary for the completion of the improvements necessary to serve Exemption Case No. E1-1-80; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivider has submitted a new Promissory Note in the amount of $15,524.00, secured by an Extension Agreement of Trust Deed payable July 5, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the County Attorney's Office has reviewed said documents and has approved the same as to form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Promissory Note dated July 5, 1992 in the amount of $15,524.00 with a due date of July 5, 1993, secured by Extension Agreement of Trust Deed be and hereby is accepted to guarantee improvements as required for Exemption Case No. E1-1-80.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Extension Agreement of Trust Deed be recorded in the official records of the Jefferson County clerk and Recorder and that the Director of Administrative Services shall deposit said Promissory Note and Extension Agreement of Trust Deed for safekeeping, together with the original Deed of Trust.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Administrative Services shall return Promissory Note dated July 5, 1991 to R. H.Jacobson Co. at 5765 Olde Wadsworth Boulevard, Suite 28, Arvada, Colorado 80002 after July 5, 1992.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
