@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
EVERGREEN LIBRARY SITE
Approval of Site Approval Application for Evergreen
Library Site and authorization for the Chairman to
execute same.
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Library Board has prepared and executed a Site Approval Application for the property known as the Evergreen Library Site; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the Library Site is owned by Jefferson County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners' desires to apply for Site Approval pursuant to the Application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Site Approval Application and authorization for the Chairman to execute the same.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:
Commissioner John P. Stone AYE
Commissioner Rich Ferdinandsen ABSENT
Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
