@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORK, INC. - SECOND AMENDMENT
TO CONTRACT
Approval of Second Amendment to Contract between
Jefferson County and Wider Opportunities for Work,
Inc., and authorization for the Chairman to execute
the same.
WHEREAS, Jefferson County entered into a Contract dated May 29, 1991, which was amended by First Amendment to Contract dated December 12, 1991 with Wider Opportunities for Work, Inc. (hereinafter "WOW"), wherein WOW provides employment and training for eligible JTPA participants residing in the Foothills area of Western Jefferson County for the benefit of Jeffco Employment and Training Services; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Contract to extend the term for an additional year and to amend the Contract sum for that period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Second Amendment to Contract between Jefferson County and Wider Opportunities for Work, Inc., and authorizes the Chairman to execute the same.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
