OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
PEER I PROGRAM - UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO HEALTH SCIENCES
CENTER
Approval of Amendment to Agreement between Jefferson
County and the University of Colorado Health Sciences
Center Peer I Program, for the use and benefit of
the Jefferson County Corrections Department.
WHEREAS, by Resolution CC92-219, the Board of County Commissioners approved an Agreement between the County and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center Peer I Program, for a community corrections program to be administered by the Jefferson County Corrections Department; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to provide for additional funding of residential correctional services in the amount of $10,000, for a total contract price not to exceed $55,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Amendment to Agreement between Jefferson County and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, for the use and benefit of the Jefferson County Corrections Department, and authorizes the Chairman to execute the same.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
