@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Exemption Number E66-12-91 (Entire Site) (Landscaping)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on March 24, 1992, adopt a Resolution approving Exemption Number E66-12-91, subject to Staff Comments; and
WHEREAS, the Staff Comments required that Faith Community Church submit a performance guarantee assuring landscape improvements submitted by the applicant in an amount acceptable to the Jefferson County Planning Department and in a form acceptable to the County Attorney's Office; and
WHEREAS, Faith Community Church has submitted Cashier's Check No. 38374, dated July 2, 1992, from Norwest Bank Southwest Plaza in the amount of $27,467.00, to guarantee the landscaping improvements; and
WHEREAS, the County Attorney's Office has reviewed said Cashier's Check No. 38374, in the amount of $27,467.00 from the Northwest Bank Southwest Plaza, and has approved the same as to form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Cashier's Check No. 38374 dated July 2, 1992, from Norwest Bank Southwest Plaza in the amount of $27,467.00, be and hereby is accepted to guarantee landscaping of the entire site for Exemption Number E66-12-91.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Cashier's Check No. 38374, be deposited in an interest bearing account by the Director of Administrative Services.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
