@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on August 12, 1981, accept promissory note and deed of trust dated August 10, 1981, from the Subdivider in the amount of $11,267.00 to cover public and landscaping improvements in The Trails Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Department of Highways and Transportation has indicated, by memo dated July 9, 1992, that $11,267.00 would continue to be necessary for the completion of public and landscaping improvements within said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivider has submitted a promissory note in the amount of $11,267.00 with a due date of August 10, 1993, secured by an Extension Agreement of Trust Deed; and
WHEREAS, the County Attorney's Office has reviewed said promissory note and extension of deed of trust and has approved the same as to form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the promissory note dated August 10, 1992, and Extension Agreement of Trust Deed from the Subdivider in the amount of $11,267.00 with a due date of August 10, 1993, be and hereby are accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that after recordation of the Extension Agreement of Trust Deed, the Director of Administrative Services shall deposit for safekeeping the promissory note dated August 10, 1992, and the Extension Agreement of Trust Deed, together with the original Deed of Trust.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Administrative Services shall return the Promissory Note dated August 10, 1991, to the Subdivider, Ralph Jacobson, at 5765 "Olde" Wadsworth Boulevard, #28, Arvada, Colorado 80002, after August 10, 1992.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
