@@Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
LEASE AGREEMENT
Approval of Lease Agreement between Jefferson County and
Westgate Centre, for the use and benefit of the
Clerk and Recorder, and authorization for the Chairman
to execute the same.
WHEREAS, Jefferson County entered into a Lease Agreement with Westgate Partners Ltd. dated July 23, 1986 for the lease of certain Premises at 3255 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado, for the use and benefit of the Clerk and Recorder; and
WHEREAS, the Lease terminates on September 30, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk and Recorder desires to enter into a new Lease Agreement and continue to use the Premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Lease Agreement between the County and the Receiver for Westgate Centre and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone ABSENT
Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
