@@Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
CONTROLS, INC. - PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Approval of rate increase for maintenance of the
system controls for the air conditioning system
at the Jefferson County Detention Facility.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously executed an Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc. for maintenance of the system controls for the air conditioning at the Jefferson County Detention Facility; and
WHEREAS, Johnson Controls, Inc. has notified the County of an increase in maintenance charges for the year 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Sheriff recommends approval of this rate increase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the rate increase for maintenance of the system controls for the air conditioning pursuant to the Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc. from $970.00 to $999.00.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
