Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
RE:BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - AMENDMENT TO SECTION
3.2 - COUNTY SURVEYOR AND SECTION 5.15 - BOUNDARY
DISPUTES
WHEREAS, the Board desires to adopt procedures for County employees to follow in order for the County to properly assist owners who may have a dispute or discrepancy over the boundary lines of their properties; and
WHEREAS, the Board further desires to adopt policies and procedures regarding the duties, office and telephone number of the County Surveyor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith adopts Section 3.2 County Surveyor, and Section 5.15 Boundary Disputes of the County Policies and Procedures Manual.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
