@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATEMENT OF GRANT AWARD
Approval of Statement of Grant Award and authorization
for the Chairman to execute the same.
WHEREAS, the Sheriff previously submitted an Application for Funds to the Division of Criminal Justice for the Jeffco Drug Task Force; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Criminal Justice has awarded a grant in the amount of $103,213.00 for the Jeffco Drug Task Force; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Criminal Justice requires a Statement of Grant Award to be executed in order to receive these funds; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Criminal Justice also requires the Board of County Commissioners to execute the Application for Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Statement of Grant Award from the Division of Criminal Justice, and authorizes the Chairman to execute the Statement of Grant Award and Application for Funds.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
