@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT CORPORATION - SOFTWARE - RENEWAL OF
LICENSE AGREEMENT
Approval of Renewal of License Agreement between Jefferson
County and ISM Information Systems Management Corporation
for the use and benefit of Jeffco Employment and Training
Services and authorization for the Chairman to execute the
same.
WHEREAS, by Resolution CC89-827, the Board of County Commissioners approved a License Agreement between Jefferson County and STM Systems Corporation k/n/a ISM Information Systems Management Corporation; and
WHEREAS, ISM Information Systems Management Corporation has been providing the needed software under an Agreement that expired on September 14, 1992; and
WHEREAS, ISM Information Systems Management Corporation requires the County to execute a Renewal License Agreement specifying the terms and conditions for the use of that software; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Jeffco Employment and Training Services desires to enter into the Renewal License Agreement with ISM Information Systems Management Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Renewal License Agreement between Jefferson County and ISM Information Systems Management Corporation for the license of certain employment and training software for the use and benefit of Jeffco Employment and Training Services, and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
