@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT - NORTH FORK VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
Approval of Equipment Agreement with the Colorado State
Forest Service for the benefit of North Fork Volunteer
Fire Department, and authorization for the Chairman to
execute the same.
WHEREAS, the County has been requested by the Colorado State Forest Service ("Forest Service") to enter into an Equipment Agreement with the Forest Service for the benefit of North Fork Volunteer Fire Department ("North Fork") where the County has certain obligations to the Forest Service for North Fork's use of that equipment; and
WHEREAS, the County wishes to pass these obligations on to North Fork as user of the equipment; and
WHEREAS, a Subagreement has been prepared setting forth North FFork's responsibilities to the County for the equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith approves the Equipment Agreement between the Colorado State Forest Service and Jefferson County, and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subagreement between Jefferson County and North Fork Volunteer Fire Department is hereby and herewith approved and the Chairman is authorized to execute the same.
Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
