RESOLUTION NO. CC92-859

RE: BOARD ALLOWANCE OF CLAIMS AS REPRESENTED ON PAYROLL REGISTER

COMPUTER PRINT-OUT DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1992 AND CLAIM REGISTER COMPUTER PRINT-OUT DATED SEPTEMBER 24, 1992

WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director certifies that all claims appearing in the payroll register computer print-out dated September 30, 1992 and claims register computer print-out dated September 24, 1992 have been made out in separate items, and the nature of each item stated, and where no specified fees are allowed by law the time actually and necessarily devoted in the performance of any service charged has been specified and that all such claims are to the best of his knowledge and belief correct and due and payable; and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed all claims presented for audit and allowance to the Board as represented on said payroll register and claims register computer print-outs; and

WHEREAS, the Board finds that all said claims as represented on said payroll register and claims register computer print-outs shall be allowed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith authorizes the payment of all claims presented for audit and allowance to the Board as represented on the payroll register computer print-out dated September 30, 1992 and claims register computer print-out dated September 24, 1992 claims register computer print-outs in the County's official newspaper.

Commissioner Clement seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone ABSENT

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
