@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Approval of Denver Water License Agreement for Ken Caryl Roadway Improvements
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has authorized the reconstruction of Ken Caryl Avenue between Webster Street and County Line Road; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to construct, repair, maintain and replace roadway and storm sewer improvements on and within Denver Water's Conduit Number 20 property adjacent to Ken Caryl Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, a License Agreement is necessary for the County to complete the improvements and to maintain the improvements on Denver Water's property at Ken Caryl Avenue near South Pierce Street; and,
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into a License Agreement with Denver Water to allow for the completion of the reconstruction of Ken Caryl Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado does hereby and herewith approve the License Agreement with Denver Water and authorizes the Chairman to execute the same.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
