RESOLUTION NO. CC92-918

RE:ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - AUTHORIZATION FOR DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER AUTOMOBILE TITLES AND BILLS OF SALE IN CONNECTION WITH AUCTIONS OF COUNTY PROPERTY

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners from time to time enters into agreements pursuant to which County surplus property is auctioned; and

WHEREAS, in connection with such auctions, the County is required to provide executed automobile titles and bills of sale; and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires that the Director of Administrative Services or his designee be authorized to execute and deliver such automobile titles and bills of sale.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby designates and delegates to the Director of Administrative Services or his designee the authority to execute and deliver bills of sale in the form approved by the County Attorney's Office, and automobile titles, for County property sold at auction.

Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
