@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
(Off-site Improvements)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on October 28, 1980, accept Subdividers Completion Bond No. 8076-64-25 from the Federal Insurance Company in the amount of $257,015.00 to cover public improvements in the North Ranch at Ken Caryl Subdivision, Phase I; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on October 25, 1989, accept a Rider to Subdividers Completion Bond No. 8076-64-25 from the Federal Insurance Company in the reduced amount of $44,369.00 extending the completion date of said Subdividers Completion Bond to October 27, 1990, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on September 17, 1990, accept a Rider to Subdividers Completion Bond No. 8076-64-25 in the same amount of $44,369.00 extending the completion date of said Bond to October 27, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on November 12, 1990, accept a Rider to Subdividers Completion Bond No. 8076-64-25 in the reduced amount of $41,201.00, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on September 16, 1991, accept a Rider to Subdividers Completion Bond No. 8076-64-25 in the same amount of $41,201.00, extending the completion date to October 27, 1992, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Department of Highways and Transportation has indicated, by memo dated September 28, 1992, that $41,201.00 would continue to be necessary for the completion of public improvements within said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivider has submitted an Extension Certificate to said Subdividers Completion Bond No. 8076-64-25 from the Federal Insurance Company dated October 5, 1992, extending the completion date to October 27, 1993, in the same amount of $41,201.00, with all other terms and conditions remaining the same; and
WHEREAS, the County Attorney's Office has reviewed said Extension Certificate to Subdividers Completion Bond No. 8076-64-25 and has approved the same as to form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Extension Certificate to Subdividers Completion Bond No. 8076-64-25 dated October 5, 1992, from the February Insurance Company extending the completion date to October 27, 1993, with all other terms and conditions remaining the same, be and hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Extension Certificate to Subdividers Completion Bond No. 8076-64-25 from the Federal Insurance Company be deposited for safekeeping, together with the original Subdividers Completion Bond, by the Director of Administrative Services.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
