@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Horn Construction Corporation
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on November 6, 1991, accept Performance Bond No. 19S 100700052 from the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company in the amount of $1,000.00 to guarantee Temporary Use Permit No. AT91-93; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Planning Department has indicated, by memo dated October 12, 1992, that the trailer owned by Horn Construction has been removed from the site and therefore completed to the satisfaction of the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Performance Bond No. 19S 100700052 from the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company be returned by the Director of Administrative Services to the developer, Horn Construction Corporation, at 4361 East 74th Avenue, Commerce City, CO 80222.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Rich Ferdinandsen AYE
Commissioner Marjorie E. Clement, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
