@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of December, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. CC91-1031, adopting the 1992 calendar year budget for Jefferson County; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Health Department is in receipt of new revenues or anticipated grant revenues not assured at the time of the adoption of the 1992 budget; and
WHEREAS, the receipt of new revenues or anticipated grant revenues has caused additional demands on expenditures for new programs and increased programs; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Health Department has requested a Supplementary Budget and Appropriation in the total amount of $63,072 to fund these expenditures for the remainder of 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Board has published notice that it would consider adoption of Resolution No. CC92-954 and prior to its consideration said publication was made on October 29, 1992 in the Golden Transcript.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith authorizes a Supplementary Budget and Appropriation in the total amount of $63,072 for the purposes set forth above, said expenditures to be offset by unanticipated revenues and anticipated grant revenues made available from various sources.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be filed with the Division of Local Government in the Department of Local Affairs by the Director of Administrative Services.
Commissioner Ferdinandsen seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
