@@Commissioner Ferdinandsen moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
COLUMBINE KNOLLS RECREATION DISTRICT
Amendment to Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. CC92-851.
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution No. CC92-851 on October 5, 1992, authorizing reimbursement and payment to Columbine Knolls Recreation District in the amount of $49,456.41 for construction of recreational capital improvement costs which was a 1992 grant for Marker Park Enhancements; and
WHEREAS, a typographical error was made in the last paragraph of Resolution No. CC92-851 which authorized the Director of Accounting to issue and transmit a Jefferson County Warrant to Columbine Knolls Recreation District in the amount of $4l,456.4l rather than $49,456.4l; and
WHEREAS, Resolution CC92-851 should be amended to reflect that the Director of Accounting be authorized to issue and transmit a Jefferson County Warrant to Columbine Knolls Recreation District in the amount of $49,456.4l.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State of Colorado, that the last paragraph of Resolution CC92-851 be and hereby is amended as follows: That the Director of Accounting is hereby authorized to issue and transmit a Jefferson County Warrant to Columbine Knolls Recreation District in the amount of $49,456.4l.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
