@@Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, requires all streets and roads to be satisfactorily completed before they are accepted for maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Highways and Transportation has inspected the streets described below, and has determined that right-of-way for the same has been dedicated, and the Director of Public Works has recommended that the streets be accepted for County maintenance and be declared to be County roads and part of the County road system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith accepts the following streets for County maintenance and hereby declares them to be a County road and a part of the County road system:
