Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, Section 12-48.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., authorizes the Board of County Commissioners to adopt regulations for the operation of massage parlors; and
WHEREAS, Section 5.94 of the Jefferson County Policies and Procedures Manual, as proposed, establishes regulations to govern the operation of Massage Parlors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby adopts the ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk to the Board shall have the attached ordinance published by title only in the Golden Transcript.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
