Director Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE

JEFFERSON COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. LEA93-5

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 2, 1993 for the purpose of considering a proposed budget for the Jefferson County Law Enforcement Authority; and

WHEREAS, at the public hearing on December 2, 1993, the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Law Enforcement Authority adopted a budget for the year 1994 in the total amount of $5,501,067; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Law Enforcement Authority must thereafter enact a Resolution making an appropriation for the ensuing fiscal year.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Law Enforcement Authority of the County of Jefferson, Colorado, does hereby and herewith appropriate the total amount of $5,501,067 for the calendar year 1994.

Director Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Directors of the Law Enforcement Authority of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
